Kerry & Greg
Accommodating the dietary twists associated with food allergies, including soy, gluten and casein (dairy) proteins, meant relearning how to bake and create meals. Rich creamy cheese is a hard thing to avoid, so Kerry set out to make herself a cheese alternative that was delicious, quick to make, and didn’t go bad after opening. She honed her recipe for Beyond Better® cheese sauce mixes as a convenient way to satisfy her cravings for creamy dishes, maintain an allergen-free diet, and even a vegan diet.
While living in Colorado, Kerry met Greg and they started Boulder Vegans, LLC to bring Kerry’s flavorful, nutritious organic sauce and dip mixes to you.
